I have a deep cycle 12 volt battery in my trailer and would like to add a solar charger, perhaps on the roof or just make it portable.  Any suggestions of what type, watts, etc?

Location: North Carolina		You'll also need a charge controller. This keeps the solar cells from over charging the battery. The worse that could happen is the solar panel boils the battery dry

Location: Memphis, TN		The one listed above is pretty big, over 3 ft long and will charge a dead battery.... but they have a smaller one if you just need a trickle charge. I have used these for boats....not on a trailer yet.
