I need some help!!  I bought a used C&C trailer and it doesn't have a step at the LQ door and I would like to know where I could get one.  It's not like I can't get in there, it just makes it harder if I have an arm full of stuff and I'm trying to step up in to it.  If anyone has any ideas please let me know!!!  Thanks a bunch!!!

Thanks for the info! After I read about the step it made me realize that I forgot to mention that this trailer has a running board! Will this step still work??

Keep in mind that the step shown will decrease your clearance, and could be torn off, also ruining your running board. I have seen horse trailers with a flip over step, when in transit would fold back on the running board. I would contact a large horse trailer dealer or the manufacture of your trailer for a suggestion.

Until you solve this problem permanetly, do what I did and just use a little step up purchased at Wal-Mart. It can also double as a mounting block.....

| I have the same problem, no step and running board. I was told that it was not feasible to put a pull out step on because of the running board, and if one was adapted it would be expensive. I bought a 2 step mounting block and it works great. Perfect height and a bigger step area than those little folding steps. I fell off one of those on the way out of the trailer once, carrying an armload and got banged up pretty good. That's when I got the mounting block and put a handhold on the trailer!
