Location: western PA | I cannot imagine the horror and grief, from the the devastation and loss of life, the recent storms have caused. My family and I, extend our best hopes for a return to normalcy, as soon as is possible. Our thoughts, prayers and will are with the many victims of the recent storms. Godspeed and godbless. |

| I'll add my prayers and best wishes to all, as well. I read that debris from Tuscaloosa, Alabama was landing in Gadsden, Alabama - that's two and a half hours away by car. I don't remember storms as bed and widespread as this in the SE. |

| I also will add my prayers to the peple that are suffering such widespread devastation. May God be with all of them. I grew up in a tornado state, and I still remember. Never again! |

Location: Decatur, Texas | We are thinking about them folks too. We went from having major wildfires to this mess, but the further east it went the worse it got, we only had 15 different tornados but they was only F1's not F4's. This last week every time we got rain we had hail to go with it..... |

Location: Gallatin, TN | I add my prayers to the many already mentioned. Someone on Facebook asked why it is the U.S. can send money all over the globe to help people who have suffered disasters but we can't take care of our own. They went on to ask why is it no other country sends financial aid to our states / people during the aftermath of devastating storms etc. |

Location: Ohio | I read today that the toll is over 300 now. Our thoughts and prayers are with everone affected by the storms and the workers that are trying to sort it out. Some of my father's pastor friends have churches in the area affected. He spoke to one of them on the phone yesterday. He said that its the worst he's ever seen things and financial aid and manpower are needed. If anyone on here wants to donate, whether it be time or money, you can pm me for information. There are several ministries, including that specific church, that are accepting donations directly for this disaster.

Location: Central Arkansas | We have been spared at our place in AR. Not much damage, so far, but, more storms headed our way. We have several freinds that have lost just about everything. Dany Pelletier family in NC and Kyle Hughes family in VA have both had their horse operations pretty much leveled. http://www.equinechronicle.com/breaking-news/donations-needed-to-assist-hughes-family-with-tornado-recovery.html http://reiner.nrha.com/?p=4298

Location: The Natural State | Our place was also spared. The tornado path came within a 1/2 mile of us so we very extremely fortunate. Many shops, barns destroyed, homes damaged and huge trees down everywhere. Many parts of the state (and the entire region) are dealing with major flooding and more heavy rain is in the forecast. Yet, even as we are dealing with all this, our thoughts and prayers are with the folks in Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia who got hit even worse than we did. Please continue your prayers... they are needed. |
