Looking for an estimated empty weight for a mid 90's Hart 4 horse bumper pull, fully enclosed? I am thinking around that 4k range-anyone have any ideas?

The deal is that my work truck is a 2009 F150 4x4 crew cab. We sold our 3rd pickup recently as trying to cut down to 2. I can't put a gooseneck hitch in the F150 (company pickup) so need to trade the gooseneck for a bumper pull.

I know the 4 horse is to much trailer fully loaded, but this would only have 1-2 horses in it when I need to use the F150 and would be for <100 mile trips on fairly flat land. Otherwise, we will pull it with a Chevy 4500. Trailer does have the weight distribution hitch on it.

Any ideas? Thanks.

To late to add that dealer is ~200 miles away and they really didn't know. They would weigh it if I wanted them to, but I hate to ask them as we have yet to set a price...

I'd think 4500 would cover it.
