Location: Piedmont SD 57769 | I am remodeling my horse trailer living quarters and am trying to find the foambacked vinyl wallcoverings that you see in the newer horse trailers.
I would be interested in any suppliers for any of the stuff in the trailers.

Location: Washington DC | I know that Jazz sales sells the very large rolls but it is way more than any one person would need for just doing their own trailer. I have been searching for quite a few months now and have had little to now luck. I was in Vegas for the NFR this year and saw just about every trailer imaginable and they all had that foam backed vinyl or leather wall covering. I wish someone else would pipe up and give us a point in the right direction. |

| From previous successes & failures, you can try "googling" every term you can think of related to what you're looking for. Also, call or email the trailer manufacturer & ask where they get the product or what it's actually called. Sometimes I've been surprised at the information and advice they've offered. Could an upholstery shop create this look by attaching upholstery foam to paneling, then covering it with the faux leather? I can sympathize. When we remodeled our trailer last year, my biggest challenge was that they no longer manufacture paneling that doesn't have grooves, to build our cabinets from. Good luck. |

Location: Illinois | Kinda on a similar note: I have a 1997 Sundowner w LQ the walls have this ugly pastel print vinyl wall covering that is applied to what looks like paneling..and in the building of this trailer the vinyl covering was pulled loose in a couple areas ( or so the previous owner told me) can that ugly crap be removed, replaced, repaired..I do not like the walls at all but I hate the big ugly flaw above the kitchen sink even more...also, it feels sorta dryed out and brittle..you can crack it by pushing too hard with your fingernail...so I don't ! |
