| I just went thru Southeast Financial. Super easy, always got ahold of a live person, seamless transaction. 144 months/7.49% which is incredible compared to my credit union. |

Location: missouri | The trailer dealers should know where to finance, but they wouldn't share that with private partys... that is probably why so many people end up trading in to get off high end trailers instead of messing with individual purchasers. I think it is pretty easy to find people who can pay 25K or less...? |

| Most smart dealers will help finance a private party transaction if they can make enough backside for their efforts. Dealers are set up directly or through brokers that finance their trailers. These institutions will not fiance individuals because of all the hassles. If your credit score isn't close to at least 650, you waste a lot of peoples time. |

| We do have our own F&I department to handle our customers. We only finance the trailers we sell. If a customer is buying from an individual we advise them to contact SEF. We are then out of the loop & there is no charge by us. I do not mind doing this at all. I cannot get all the business! :) DON SMITH, OWNER, DHMCO |
