I was looking at a used trailer and noticed that ALL 4 tires were worn on both inside and outside edges while the center treads were still good.  Is this just due to incorrect tire pressure or possiably another problem?

Thanks!

It may be possible the pressure was too low and/or they did alot of sharp turning on a hard surface. Overloading the tires will result in the same If so, there just may be some hidden/unseen sidewall damage.

Make sure what you are seeing is actually tire wear. I put a set of brand new Goodyear G614 tires on my trailer and the edges of the tires do not have tread making them appear to be worn.
