Location: Iowa | Your going to get lots of different opinions. Look back at some previous threads on Exiss trailers. I have been very happy with my sport and have yet to have a problem. |

| As others have said you will get many different opinions, I own two Exiss trailers....neither are the sport model but are the Event models and both have served me well. My general opinon is this....if it fits your needs and your budget that it is the right trailer for you. You may hear people say you need "X brand" trailer becuase it's made the best.....you need "X brand interior"....finest interior known to man. Lot's of times X brand with X interior cost $40,000 dollars or more. I bought a 2002 Exiss 3 horse with a MT and 8 ft LQ for $17,000 and it fits my needs very well. Sure I won't be able to sell it for $40,000 but I didn't pay that for it either. |

Location: Covington, Wa | I have a 2005 Exiss CX400. The trailer itself is fine. But customer support from Exiss in Oklahoma is loosy. Try calling or e-mailing and you will see what I mean. Called multiple times and punching their numbers for both customer support and parts. No living person there. The best I could do was leave messages. Every voice message and e-mail went unanswered. Simple question too. Just want a copy of the owners manual. Even if I have to pay for it. I don't have a lot of respect for a company I can not get a hold of. I try and buy American, but not when they have poor customer service. So probably will not buy another trailer from Exiss. |

I have had just the opposite experience, I called two days ago to get help with a lock and got an answer right away, ordered parts and they have shipped. Parts guy was very helpful. Do they make an owners manual for a trailer? I don't know if they do. Mike |

Location: Wellington, Texas | I have had a really good experience with Exiss parts. Bought an 07 Exiss CX400 from an individual that didn't have any keys to the dressing room. called Exiss and they sent me a set at no cost. Bought another Exiss 10'sw and had horse get lead rope around escape door handle, set back and broke spring latch. One call and $16 later had my new latch in a few days. Both of my trailers were event models and I was and am very satisfied with both of them |
