Can't you take it to a local scale? Gravel pit, refuse center, et cetera

Are you just wanting to know for yourself or to transfer it? 

Like Paul stated and since you are in Texas just about every single truck stop we have there will be a CAT scale.  Last one I use cost me $5.00.  Loves, Petro, Flying J just to name a few right off.

Just guessing not knowing what you equipment your LQ has and based on trailers I have owned I wuold guess it has around a 8500lb empty weight.

I'm just trying to find out for my knowledge. I plan to take it & weigh it but was hoping to get a guesstimate for now.- H

I second the prior post, check with a local feed mill. Our local MFA leaves their scales on and they can be read through the window. Any time I want the weight of something I just pull in on Sunday's when they're closed.
