Location: TX		I recently purchased a steel framed, aluminum skin gooseneck trailer and wish to insulate the DR. I know you can use the styrofoam board, but what about using regular blanket insulation. Would condensation be an issue? The R factor in the blanket insulation is higher. If it can be used, what is better, with the paper or without?Thanks!

Location: Missouri		I'm not sure on the condensation but if you ever had a leak regular batten insulation is going to act like a sponge. The only way then to dry it out would be to tear out the insulation. As for the R factor, usually the dense foam insulation has a better R factor per inch thickness.
