I've read lots of good comments about Streakmaster and wondered if it's a good enough product to use to clean the aluminum floor in the horse compartment before applying a liner. 

Liners?? Wow! After reading past posts, what choices you have; Duraliner, Vortex, Dupli-color, Line-X, Rhino, Herculiner.  Any comments on what you've found worked best or didn't?

I need to get some aluminum welding work done from having a blow out on a tire and had orginally planned on working on putting in a liner this fall but until that work is done, I don't want to put in a liner yet.  What temperatures would be best to apply a liner?  Looks like it'll probably be a Spring project.

Location: Central Arkansas		I think the WERM floor liner in the horse compartment is by far the best floor covering money can buy.We put it in every one of our trailers. I have been sold on the product since I began using it in a trailer in 2002. Have had it in 6 different trailers to date.

It won't do the job before applying a liner.Muratic acid must be used first.Search the threads on the forum and there is excellent information and steps.Streakmaster is good for extruded and mill finish aluminum trailers on the outside,and,will shine up the interior walls.It's not strong enough nor meant for use before a bedliner application on the flooring.
