Location: northeast Texas | This is in western Oklahoma. Has anyone ever ridden or stayed here? Looks like an absolutely beautiful place to ride with other neat places withen a short hauling distance, but I just cant go with some of their rules. I can understand some of the rules for dude riders on the ranch's horses but not for experienced trail riders on their own horses. I dont think I would like being bossed around so much that I cant carry my cell phone, a map, use my own saddle packs, take pictures while riding, etc. I understand liability as we own a 1700 acre ranch here in Texas and lease out for hunting. But people also have to sign a liability waiver and our trail horses are broke to such things, plus we are experienced riders. So am I being overly sensitive? The rules do read as if that is for all riders, not just the guided dudes. |
