Location: Arkansas | In the hitch oif your trailer it should say the size for the coupler.......it is very possible you have a trailer that takes a 2 5/16 ball..... |

Location: Rocky Mount N.C. | I had a 2003 Circle M 14' stock trailer that had a GVWR of 7000# and it used a 2" ball.... The ball I used had a 1-1/4" shank diameter. Theres a 2" ball on this page rated at 8000# http://www.folandsales.com/catalog.asp?prodid=501456&showprevnext=1 |

Location: Jackson,California 95642 | Stamped into the metal of all hitches...in your case just a few inches behind where the ball goes into the hitch is a wealth of information. This information may be covered in some paint but by law is required to be there...brand/maker...model number...ball size...patent numbers...just a lot of information....on all trailers. My 2 cents...Ken |
