I'm wondering if it's better to get an electric convection/toaster oven or a gas one? Any brand or model recommendations would be appreciated also. I am actually confused on which is better for appliances where there is a choice of gas or electric. I currently have only one Honda eu 2000 generator. As I listed the places that I am likely to use this trailer, most will be without hookups and often for about a week. Thanks.

Phoresic, I have never heard of a propane convection oven or toaster oven. My requirements are propane fridge, HW heater, furnace, stove top and oven, essentially everything propane that has a propane option.

That answers my main question - everything propane that can be propane. The little gas ovens are just little gas ovens - I've seen two on a marine site. I don't remember the brand on the more expensive one, but the cheaper one is a Coleman. At that point it isn't really a convection oven (though it does indicate that there is something to move the air around inside). It does heat to 450 degrees though, which I thought was pretty good. But, it isn't as versatile, which is why it's not obvious which to do.

Terri... It's the Camp Chef stainless oven with the burners and it works great! If you get one be sure to order the camp chef carry bag they are padded and keep it from getting banged up .Mira
