After being out all week-end and the nasty hot job of pulling matts and cleaning out the back of the trailer yesterday I was thinking of having the horse area sprayed with the Rhion Lining stuff...anyone done this?  would it hold up to horses, shifting weight, loading, unloading, etc. any comments, concerns, thoughts ?  THANKS

I have done this and would do it again. Word of warning though-I did still mat my trailer. This provides a good surface for corrosion prevention but there is no cushioning to speak of. I bought equifoam mats from Dow products; they weigh about 28 lbs per 2x8 sheet and are incredibly lightweight to move around. They may come in different sizes now as it has been several years ago. Like my mats as well as my rhino-lining.

Also, I had a horse that pawed and the rhino was NOT impervious. Had to go back over it with paint on bedliner; another fine option and likely a lot cheaper. Just be sure you prep your surface properly if DIY.

Logan Coach does it on their trailers.  It's not Rhino. but they call it Vortex. But it is a spray on bedline. They spray the horse area floor boards, walls and underneath the gooseneck where your tires kick up rocks.

I've also seen in on Logan's.  It looks very nice and seems to hold up well.  They seem to like to put it everywhere they can including the stud wall.
