| I have an older Trails west that has bars across the sliding windows in the dropdowns. It has nets, but they are a pain in the but when in use to access your horse from the open drop down. The bars just cover the windows, not the actual window opening when dropped. I removed the nets this year, and the horses are now traveling in fly masks with the sliding windows open front and back, but no windows dropped.
I'd like to make a set of bars that drop like the new trailers do from the top that you can easily lift open when you need to get to the horse from the window... has anyone done this? Any recommendations?
