Location: Minnesota | Denny's Trailer Sales in Wykoff, MN. Had our 09 Kiefer at Denny's two weeks ago to get some service and Warranty work done before our vacation, leaving Wednesday the 30th. While there I perused the lot and found a trailer I really liked. Went home and talked to the wife about it and we kind of dropped it. Saturday on our way to trail ride she suggested we stop and look at it. Monday talked to Denny and we dickered a little on the price. Noon, we decided just couldn't do it. Three o'clock she comes home saying shee needs to refigure meals. I ask why, and she says she was counting on a bigger refrigerator, and bats the eyelashes. Make the call "We'll take it." Awning needs to be replaced and stall divider swapped out. Did I say Joey, the service guy has to be gone by 9:00 Tuesday? Calls me @ 8:15 saying the trailer is ready, and I was there at noon to pick it up. Thanks to Denny, Sean, and especially Joey for making sure I am ready to go tomorrow morning. By the way I traded my 09 Kiefer 3H 8' wide, 8' short wall, no mangers for an 07 Elite 3H 8' wide 12' SW Cowboy Classic conversion with mangers. Unreal how much more storage and room you have with 4 foot longer. South Dakota here we come!! |

Location: Western WA | My husband added "65" flat screen tv" to the Costco list last week. Didn't work.
Congrats on the new trailer!

Location: Central WI | This wasn't unusual service from this dealer. We bought our '08 Elite from them a couple of years ago. Any time I have a question or problem I call up or send an email and always get a quick response. And yes, usually, it's Joey. Great people to deal with. |

Location: Minnesota | Just got back from 8 days of camping in South Dakota, seven of them at Broken Arrow campground by Custer, SD. Like my wife said, "yes, we would have survived with the other trailer, but we lived with this one." Would recommend this campground to anyone. Miles and miles of trails in the beautiful Black Hills. Another round of applause to Cowboy Classics Conversions. Had a question about the conversion, gave them a call and had it answere to my specific trailer in minutes. Are even sending a door pull to match existing ones, since previous owner had a cabinet custom built to replace the barrel chair he didn't want. |
