My electric jack seems to be getting slower when I raise the trailer... sounds like it's winding down or something.  I keep my trailer plugged into an electrical socket all the time when it's sitting at the barn... But do I also need to recharge the marine battery itself?  Or does it get enough trickle charge from the trailer being plugged in to keep the marine battery charged?  Thanks!!

That's really easy to check. Just charge the battery and see if the jacks works any better.

If your trailer has a convertor. ( most LQ do) it should charge the battery when ever the trailer is plugged in.
