Is there anything I can spray or wipe on my wall and/or floor mats that is non-slip for the horse but would keep the manure from sticking to the walls, make for easier clean up and keep the mats looking new?  What do dealers use on wall and floor mats when they prep a trailer for sale?

Location: Oklahoma		I wash the mats and walls with spic & span, when dry, apply Armor All. However I use shavings on my trailer floor, on a bare mat it can be slick.
It makes clean up after use much easier.
