Location: Minnesota | I must be dense or something. I can't find a valve or outlet anywhere on my trailer to drain the fresh water tank. Which obvious thing am I missing? |

Location: western PA | The water exits the tank from the bottom area. Many times the supply line will have a "tee", going to a drain close to the tank's exit. The drain will be in the supply line at some point, and should be at the water line's lowest point within the LQ. |

Location: Highgate, ON Canada | My trailer is a 2008 Lakota /w 12' lq. I have 2 fresh water tank and they did not put a drain on either one. There is a line drain near the hot water heater but when sanitizing the tanks I have to run 123 gal. through the pump. A slight pain but otherwise a happy customer. |

Location: desert hills, az | My old LQs drainvalve was outside, under the trailer. On the new LQ, the valve in under the couch next to the tank. |

Location: Minnesota | Okay so if the valve is under the couch, how do you drain it? I hope this doesn't sound too stupid. It's my first LQ and I am coming up a steep learning curve! My trailer is an '06 so the drain is probably inside also, I'm guessing. |

Location: desert hills, az | lift up the couch front and open it halfway...so it is kinda like a "V" instead of fully open, get flashlight and put your head under the couch and see if you can locate it. Good luck. |

Location: western PA | Might it just be easier to look under the trailer for the drain hole? |

Location: MI. | Mine is an 06 and it's outside next to the black water drain. They both have handles to pull. The same set up was on my motorhome as well. |

Location: Minnesota | Yup - got under the trailer, saw where the drain pipes emerged, found the line inside with the valve, opened it up and voƮla! Thanks for all the helpful suggestions. |
