| I'm not looking to buy anytime soon but am just trying to stay informed about the trailers out there.I'm looking at 2-horse BP trailers and curious about the construction and structural differences between the Jamco and Eby trailers. I've had my eye on Eby for a while but saw a Jamco this weekend and really liked it. The Jamco seemed like it would be very quiet. I haven't seen many Jamcos up close. I know the Ebys have a great reputation and look very solid too.Does anyone have information about how these two makes compare? |

Location: western PA | I would say that as an owner of either one, you will be very pleased. Both are of an excellent quality, an all aluminum construction and custom builds. Your final choice will probably be determined by the availability and pricing. |

| Thanks for your response. It confirms that the two seem like very good brand names. I'll try to find a few more actual trailers to look at and talk with dealers too about the structures. However, from what I am reading online both do seem excellent choices. |

Location: Tenn/Ala. | You'll not find anything else built like a Jamco, so side by side comparisons regarding structure will yield invalid results. The construction and unique materials ( a hollow plank aluminum wall) make for a trailer that is generally like no other, and is often recognized as being quieter. As such, there is a pricing differential. However, I've never met a Jamco owner who would not make the same purchase again. And yes, they have always been a favorite in the warmblood and draft markets. And yes- in the interest of disclosure we are a Jamco dealer.

| Thanks for your response. The walls of the trailer I saw this weekend were really unique and unlike other horse trailer walls I've seen. It seemed to make the trailer even quieter than the roofing insulation that I've seen in several other brands. |
