Location: Minnesota | I have just had the most positive experience and I wanted to give a shout-out to the people at Outlaw. Quick recap - I bought a used 4 Star trailer with Outlaw LQ a couple of months ago. It's been in storage since I bought it in the middle of winter and now that I'm getting it ready to use I'm finding all sorts of interesting surprises with it. The biggest (so far, I think, knock wood) has been a broken holding tank. David from Outlaw has been helping me devise a repair for it which is going to be way cheaper than replacing the tank, which I originally thought I'd have to do. This is not a warranty issue (even if the trailer were still within the warranty coverage period, which it's not). Nope, the good people at Outlaw are helping me just cuz, I guess. It's unusual to find this level of customer service - and how refreshing and pleasant this experience has been. They've gone way above and beyond, and on top of that are just really nice people to deal with. |
