Location: Fort White, Fla. | Yes I have black stricks all down the side of my Bison Trailer. It has an alum, roof that isnt painted and its causing black stricks down the side of my trailer. Anyone know how to get them off, or a good product that will take them off. I tried Black streak Remover by Camico which doesnt seem to work very good. |

Location: central sierra nevada foothills | I've had a white steel and now an aluminum with the white siding and just a good ole' waxing job will get them off everytime. I use the same stuff that I use on our diesels, Maguires. The streaks come off easy. I wax my trailers at least 3 times a year.+ There is also, if you do a search, topics on the dreaded black streaks.....

Location: iowa | Black streaks will always appear if the trailer is allowed to set outside, also regular washing of the roof will help keep them at bay but not eliminate them. Oh.... do this with a ladder no walking on the roof.
It's a reality with a trailer lots of surface area to care for. |

| Yes,that subject has been discussed a bunch of times on here.Everyone has their own special treatment of them, some use Purple Power,Streakmaster black streak remover, etc.I have some new stuff from MetalWax that I have not had a chance to use yet, going to try it but there seem to be good comments about it for black streak removal. My trailer sits inside a shed most of the time,it only takes one or two rains outside for those black streaks to appear! |
