I have a 2000 Dodge 3/4 ton 4 X 4 I use for hauling my 3 horse trailer.  I put Michelins 245/75R16 on the last time but was wondering if this is the best equation?  Anyone have suggestions, opinions or ideas?

Thanks

Which Michelins did you use? LTX M/S, A/S, A/T, XPS Rib.....? This is what I run and wouldn't switch for anything else. Works well for our trucks.

They are LTX but someone had suggested the XPS Rib, a Yokohama and a BF Goodrich T/A.  Of course different prices for all!  Just wondered if anything might be better.

Well if it makes any difference, I like my Mich LTX tires so much on my truck that I put them on my trailer too (two years and two sets of ST tires I will have nothing but LT tires on the trailer from now on!)
Been using the LTX since the fall and they still look new, and we haul almost every weekend. The same could not be said for the last two sets of "ST" tires when they were 6 months old...

I second the Michelins.
