Location: Randolph, Utah | Thought this would be a fun thing to see how everyone keeps their trailer organized. what are some tips for keeping a horse trailer organized?
Right now I have a front tack/dressing room. I have a tool box,for the back of a truck, that works good for storing boots and other odd item. |

Location: Illinois | I have 3 fairly large plastic type tool boxes..1) is for grooming tools, brushes, combs, hoof pic, scissors, etc 2) is a Equine first aid kit= vet wrap, syringes/needles,gauze, tape, Bute, etc. 3) is for misc. items, extra bits, screw driver, Chicago screws, bits of leather, odds and end pices for repairs & tools Each box is labeled, and I try and keep stocked with supplies, so all I need to do is grab the box that is needed at the time...they all fit nicely on the floor in the tack area and so far I have not had any problem with anything getting wet from urine.. |

Location: Edmond OK | I have a little clear plastic box with a carry lid that snaps on. I keep my horse medicines in that box. I move it from trailer to trailer - whichever one I am using. I have a bumper pull and a living quarters trailer. I also bought a bunch of shoe and sweater closet storage for my LQ trailer to hang in my first trailer stall (it is a three horse and I am usually only hauling one horse). I put electric cords, etc. in those. They seem to stay put. I also bought a plastic drawer cabinet for my bumper pull and keep my horsey stuff in the drawers. I have a nice sized dressing room so plenty of room for the cabinet. Plus it is light weight. I use clear plastic tubs with lids too so I can easily find things. |
