| More like 18 feet would be closer, my 2 horse slant is 13 feet long. |

Location: western PA | With a slant load, you need 14' of box length for three horses in stalls. If the horses are loose, it may be enough room for four. 16' would be better. |

Location: centrally located amongst the "NUTS" | I haul 4 head in a 16ft stock with them 2 and 2. Might put 5 in it with no divider but I would have to be in a pinch. I would say no to your OP. |

Location: Ingalls, Ks | Have a 16' Kiefer, 2' short wall=14' box. 3 fit good, if you pull slants 4 will fit but it's fairly tight. 13' may work but will be tight. |

Location: NW Florida | 18' length seems to be standard length for box length on slants for 4H. At least when attached to a LQ, and of course, there's some variation in this... |

| Are you talking BP or GN? A BP will have some of that length used up in the curve of he nose, so comparing two trailers with the same dimension will not be accurate. |

Location: South Alabama | I have a 22' Elite Stock Combo, it's laid out with a 4' DR, 6' dog box area, and a 12' stock area. I pull 4 walking / saddle horses in the 12' area all the time. I pull with heads on the street side. If I put them in head to butt I can get 5 in the 12' area for short hauls of an hour or two. |

Location: Texas | Width is going to play a big role in how big the 13 feet is. I can put 6 in the 16 feet of horse area on my trailer, it's also a full 8 feet wide on the interior..... no way that would work if it was only 7 feet wide. |
