Just bought a 2002 Silver Star 3 Horse Gooseneck Horse Trailer. The door to the gooseneck has a window in it. There's a screen on the inside of the bottom half. It appears that the bottom half should slide up to open. We can't figure out how to do it. Feel stupid. 4

You might try your attachment again - there doesn't appear to be anything there. I may have a window similar to this on my escape door. If it's the same window, there are some black "bars" on the side (either spring-loaded or just springy plastic, not sure), near the top of the sliding portion. You pinch these to release them so they can slide up and then they spring back out to hold the window in the 'up' position. Good luck!

There are some springy looking clips on the bar in the middle. I haven't tried pulling them towards each other. Will try that tomorrow! Thanks!
