Found an ad for a Thoroughbred trailer that would probably fit my bill. I've not heard of the brand before (I wonder if it is a division of a Brand name manufacturer?). Has anyone heard of the brand - what can you tell me about them? Thanks |

I call them a 7'6" tall two horse straight load with a full escape door on both sides, no mangers.... Something like the ones pictured below. Some have dressing rooms, some are gooseneck. Turnbow offers a line of trailers they call/named "Thoroughbred". http://www.turnbowtrailers.com/models/thoroughbred/slide/index.asp <script> window.setTimeout("watermark()",50);

In addition to a straight load, it can also include a slant load trailer, BP or GN. Basically, the trailer will have larger sizing for the stalls. The widths will be wider, typically in excess of 40". The stall lengths will generally exceed 10', and as was previously stated, the interior height will be at least 7 1/2' to the bottom of the roof. Almost any manufacturer will build you a trailer to these specification, straight load, slant load, GN or BP.
