I live in the middle TN area and have been to a few of the horse camps around, but there are still a lot to explore. I'm interested in bringing my kayaks along next time and I was wondering if anyone knows of a horse campground that you can kayak right from camp?

Look into Deep Creek stables in Bryson City NC.  The camp is located on the creek which widens up considerably just after the camp.  I don't know if the water at camp is deep enough to put in there, but we saw lots of folks kayaking in the area near camp on our last visit.  I don't know of any camps in TN with direct water access.   I will try and attach a picture I took from the Deep Creek camp back in July so you can get an idea of the type of  water.  The water deepens and widens just past the camp.
