Location: Illinois | Anyone out there have the canvas curtain around & under the gooseneck of their trailers??? I have seen this a few timeover the past few yrs. It looks like it might be pretty handy for storing hay, camping gear, etc. outta the weather...Pros / cons..opinions ??? Thanks |

Location: Missouri | We used one for years. Our was a home made job, from pvc pipe and an extra long poly tarp. A great place for hay, dog crates, what-have-you. I'm sure a professionally designed one would solve the problem we had: how to secure the tarp when the wind started blowing (we used hay twine and steel tent stakes). The other problem we had was the headache caused from forgetting where you are and standing upright suddenly (ouch!)

Location: Rocky Mount N.C. | That would be a good way to conceal a "porta pottie" while camping! |

Location: Illinois | The first time I seen this "in action" was at a big trail ride in Mo. and that is exactly what they had done...set up their pot-a-potty in there... I was thinking more along the lines of hay, lawn chairs, when not in use, coolers out of the sun, etc. I think I may bit a bit anal about keeping my camping area neat and clean... :) |
