On an earlier post, I had asked about adding an air unit to a fiberglass top on a Merhow trailer, but people seem to think that Merhow never made fiberglass tops or noses on thier trailers. (I have not had a chance to call them, but will tomorrow) I have posted a picture from the inside of the trailer and as you can see, for some reason the frame in the nose area is showing, but the edges seemed to be finished as if it was made that way. As far as the air unit, it is framed for it because there is a vent. Any opinions on what gives? Do you think that maybe the nose was damaged at one point and a fiberglass nose piece was added??? The picture came from the seller, so it's not a real closeup, but I wanted to hear what people's thoughts were. I'm just a little concerned because tomorrow I was going to go to the bank to finance it. I really like the trailer, but if it has had damage in the past, I should probably pass on it. There are no dings, dents or any type of visible damage that I can see. Please let me know your opinions. I hope this link works. http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/dd153/lazydayhorsefarm/Merhownosepiece.jpg
