Location: Southern New Mexico		Disease outbreak.  If you read the story it tells you the name but basically it's a tick carried disease that they are trying to quarantine.

Location: Southern New Mexico		It's the counties west of you. Of course everything is west of you....  I used to live right smack dab in the middle of the affected area.  The edge of Jim Wells and Brooks counties.
