Location: Valentine, NE | Put a roof and walls around it! Will the savings pay for the storage costs or building? Nope, not even close. The tire covers I've heard, do work. I never have had a tire dry rot--mine are either ruined, blown, or worn out way before. They do sell some "tire dressings", but I've heard this do more damage than good. Example--we just bought a Chevy 4500 show truck--the dealer hauled it all over to shows and must of Armouraled (sp) the tires every show. Just 2 year old Michelen tires and they already have some small cracks on them. Several dealers said not to worry about, but this was caused by the alcohol in the "tire polish". |
