Location: western PA | Most trucks are set up so that the ignition has to be on, or the engine is physically running, to get the hot lead power from the truck to the trailer. This prevents an inadvertent discharge of the trucks' batteries. If every thing works as it should, you probably won't have any adverse happenings by leaving things connected. We routinely leave ours connected between weekends, when we have back to back shows. Gard |
