I'm getting ready to buy this trailer.... My understanding is that it is ALL ALUMINUM. Yesterday, a friend told me they were steel frames with aluminum skin. Can someone please clarifiy this for me?? Thanks

Does it have a double row of red and white DOT reflective striping...? A 2003... If so, it's all aluminum.
