Location: wantin to move west | Hey everyone. I've had the same trailer for about 15 years now and it was hit and totaled this past week (no horses in it thank God!). But I am now looking into buying a new trailer and was wondering how all of yall had your trailers financed. I'm not going to be getting a big fancy LQ trailer, likely a 6H Featherlite (my previous one lasted 15 years and I think they're a good trailer for the price). Back to the question though, for financing somewhere in the neighborhood of $20k where do you suggest, the only thing I know to do is go through my local bank. Any suggestions are appreciated. |

Location: Temecula, CA | Horse Trailer Financing more complex then it was say a year or so ago due to the tighting of credit markets. Companies that used to provide this type of financing don't anymore and if they do, they require around 30% down with very unfavorable terms. I would suggest that you consider South East Financial (866) 952-9059.... They are still currently Financing Horse Trailers at a competitive interest rates 7 1/2 %-8.1% as of last week and they only require 10% with good credit. Their terms depend on what type of unit you purchase, but I must say their tems are very fair. |
