Location: Hooper, UT | Does anybody know where I could find a used(undamaged) tack door for a 1991 Featherlite. I would like to put one on that has a screen if possible. I contacted Featherlite and the cost was gona be over $1000 for a new one. I bought this trailer used and it has some dings in the tack door and no screen door. I have turned it into a weekend page and I really like the trailer. Thanks, Happy Trails!32 |

Location: western PA | Some one is selling three drop down Featherlight windows on Ebay. If they are parting out a trailer, perhaps they would have a door. A little while ago, it was posted about a fabricator in Elkhart, IN. that routinely made replacement panels and accessories for horse trailers. It was less than two months ago. A search should pick it up. Gard

Location: Corpus Christi, Texas | for a sceen door, why don't you try those retractable screen doors? I have priced both them; a standard camper screen door (that is put on horse trailers) and the retractable one is cheaper, plus with it stored in it's retracted position, there's less chance of damage to it. I've talked to one guy who does repairs at a not-too-far trailer repair place and he says the retractable ones are actually stronger and less prone to damage.. Just a thought |

Location: western PA | The business in Elkhart Indiana is called Kampco. It makes many original and replacement trailer parts. Perhaps it could help with a replacement. Gard |
