I was at a local Walmart ( Canada ) yesterday and they had Hyundai pure sinewave 2000W . 65 DBA @ rated load.generators for $545 Canadian.

does anyone have any experience, good or bad with these units?

Location: Iowa		Don't have any experience with the Hyundai generators, but 65 db is kinda loud. The Honda is a lot quieter at 58db and I think the Kippor is the same. 10 db difference is twice the loudness...so it's quite a difference between 58 and 65. 65 you would have to talk pretty loud, where 58 is you can just have normal conversation. If you're using it for camping, that can be a pretty big deal.

Location: MT		I'd just look at the cars they make if their any good I'd guess your safe but I have a Honda generator and I love it.
