Trails West Trailers, I have now spoken to over 100 trails west trailer owners and most all that contacted me had tire problem, I fixed mine with 17.5 tires and wheels and now tell everyone to not to buy trails west.  thanks for all the good info you folks provided.

I had a 2007 TW and had zero issues with the tires. Pulled it on minimum 3 times a week from March through November. However, I never could get the company to return my calls (5 times!) on buying some more rubber to fix the bottom corner where a horse had torn through the lined wall. The lined rubber walls on a TW is not the thicker stuff found on most trailers, but a softer, cushy material. Cleaned real nice, but I think too soft for the application.

Did you buy steel wheels or aluim wheels?

Our Sundowner has 16" Goodyear G614's and I really have had good luck with them.
