Location: Minnesota		Looking at other Bison ads listed on this site it appears to be in right price range (maybe a little high) if it was a typo and wanted it to be $28,000.

Maybe you should email him and say you will take at his listed price of $2,800. That would confirm whether it's a scam or a legit mistake.
