Location: La Cygne, KS | Have you been to Big Creek Trail Rides in Hartshorn, MO? Trails are rocky/sandy and it doesn't matter how much it rains as the trails dry out quickly. Crossing creeks can be challenging if it rains a lot. Hundreds of trails and Current River is not too far with neat trails to explore that take you too cabins and springs. Huckleberry stables in Pineville, MO is very nice. Small place, but great folks run it. Ponderosa Trails is back open there too, but haven't visited since the new owners took over. Check out www.horseandmuletrails.com for other places to ride near you and then check out this site to read reviews - http://www.horsetraildirectory.com/default.asp

| Have you thought about going to Buffalo River area? Buffalo River Ranch Resort is a good place if you want to go to a camp that has someone managing it,Mr.Jim Culver is the owner.Full hookups, but,a small camp. That would be close to within 3 hours,I think. You'd probably go down to Hardy and then over to Harrison, then down to Jasper. From Jasper, north towards Steel Creek. |

Location: missouri | I am not sure about how far Cabool is from us, but we ride all over the state maybe we can meet up sometime for a ride. We all ride quarter horses and take our time. |

Location: missouri | We ride quarters sometime and foxtrotters other times... we don't normally like to "rip" through the trails like a lot of gaited people do... We have so many riding trails within 30 mins. of here... but we go all over the place. |
