The pinstripes on my 80s Logan Trojan are cracked and faded.  I want to remove them but how?  I saw a wheel that fits on a drill at Napa auto parts, its made of pale hard rubbery stuff and says it is a pinstripe and decal remover.  Anyone tried it?  The stripes on my rig are wide, so not really what I'd call pinstripes.

Location: East London South Africa		I dont know about that gismo...but a heat gun works like a treat....you just heat the striping up a bit to make it more pliable and they come off easy as pie....

Location: Lyons Oregon		If anyone wants to remove decals or pinstripes, I can reccomend the Stripe Off Wheel by 3m.  blasted through the old pinstripes and left the paint totally unmarked.
