I looked at other threads concerning the airbags but did not see anyone state if they had a turn-over hitch.  The place I called about getting airbags installed said that the rail system that is used for the turnover could interfer - should I look for another company to buy and install the airbags.

Depnds on what kind of airbags you install. Air Lift brand will interfere with a turnover ball frame rails. Firestone Ride-Rite Air springs mount where the existing bump stops are located and inside the frame rail, so does not interfere with a turnover ball. I installed a set on our 2006 Ram Megacab last Spring. We have a B&W Turnover ball and all works well together. I ordered ours online through summitracing.com
