Location: Cowboy Cradle of the Southwest | Thanks for the link. Not exactly what I was looking for. The whole living quarters rental thing opens up a big can of worms. We all have living quarters trailers. Where we are going a L/Q is not necessary so it seems a waste of money to pull 3 rigs when you could combine into one. The contract is a great idea whether it be a private party or a dealership. I have been taught that if you borrow something that it better come back in better shape than it left in. The unwritten rule of "you break it you bought it" comes into play but in today's world you had better get that in writing, notarized,and in triplicate. |
