Location: Mt. Clemens, MI 48043 | Just want to know if anyone has been in one of those anit-gravity tables? This lady was explaining how people with certain back problems can go on this table and with anti-gravity it takes the strain away from your back and it makes your spine lenghten. In turn it puts it back in place, then you have to exercise (your stomach muscles hold up your spine), drink lots of water, and diet. So your spine has time to heal. She didn't say how long it would take but I would like to try it. What do you think. Thank you for reading. |

Location: parker, co. | When I hurt my back about 20 years ago, ruptured disc L5, I was given something like that for home thereapy. It definately helped. My Chiropractor also stretches my back on a table. So I would agree with the theory. |

Location: KY | Do not know about anti-gravity tables but have several friends who have gone through a spine stretching procedure, over the course of 6 or so weeks, and have avoided back surgery and received relief from pain. I think it is prescribed by an orthopaedic doc. Since you are asking, I surmise you are having back trouble, so I hope this helps some....see your doctor and go from there....and good luck with your back. |

Location: Mt. Clemens, MI 48043 | I have arthritus in my neck. Which bothers me most of the time. The only time it doesn't is when it is about 90 degrees out and so hot you can cook an egg outside. I found out I had this when I was selling ice cream. It would be so hot in the truck so I had to keep a mister (a spray bottle with water) around to keep cool. My neck would become stiff from all the cool water on it. I want to try this for a few hours of relief from the stiffness. I am going to look one up and see if they can help me. Thank You for all your insight. |
