This is good,but,think about it: this is only one group,albeit,a large one.Other groups with smaller clout (horse owners) that have had their own groups of representation favor NAIDS still have to worry.

As bad as the horse economy is,I can't imagine how they think they would go about implementing such a thing,but,I don't put anything past "them."
