Location: Coconut Creek, FL | Have to work til noon on Christmas Eve, then loading up the horse & cat and heading to my parents in Vero for Christmas. I have a very good friend that has a farm and will keep my horse there for 2 nights. Spend Christmas with the family (siblings, nieces, nephews, etc) Then the morning after Christmas, drive a couple hours to Alafia State Park for several days of camping with good friends. Along the way I'm stopping at a State park to go for a day ride as it's the only chance to ride there and I can't check in at Alafia til the afternoon. There are about 10 of us meeting there to camp and ride for 5 days. We might get some chilly weather (cold to us is 40's) but the campsites have electric so we'll be cosy. I know for most of you camping season is over, but for us in Florida it runs from Oct - May. |

Location: Vanzant, Missouri | Well sounds like both of you have great plans. Yes our camping season is over which is why I'm in a cast.Figured perfect time to have surgery since I can't camp and the weather has been nasty. But I do plan on taking a few extra trips this year...A few close friends and I always got together for a Xmas ride before we got tangled up with family. I will be helping out the less fortunate this year. Our local forum has adopted a family and we are hoping to give them a very merry holiday. So my reindeer will be a F250 and the sleigh a 16ft stock....Ho Ho Ho!! PS... we need some new emoticons |

Amen, and, kudos to you for not being shy about saying HIS name,King of Kings and Lord of Lords.Bless you this Christmas! Well, you already are. I'm a bold christian, but a humble evangilist. I try to lead, not beat them over the head with it. Being a good desciple goes along with being a good horse trainer. A soft spoken work gets more done than yelling at them. In His grip, deranger
