Truck? Trailer? Remove the hub/drum and drive them or press them out. How did the wheel get loose?

 Most studs have splines and are driven straight out. Support the backside of the drum around the stud, so as not to bend or damage the drum. You can back up the drum using a large socket. Usually heat is not necessary, but a large hammer and a good aim is recommended.
