I knowyou guys think of that as a dirt road.We see that as a NICE chat road, however, compared with the slimy red clay mud that you can get stuck in on our roads around here!

We're going up Wed.AM sometime,if we can get all of this crap loaded up and the truck can take off pulling it.

Too late now, already gave the trailer a ''spit bath" it was still pretty clean from Ava trip. The truck? Well,Mr.Loggains will have to do that if he wants it cleaned up THIS time.No time left to lose.

Yeah, that road back to Big Creek looks like an interstate to us compared with what WE drive on!!! (Harrisburg,AR Topix page, and look at the picture "slick mud" that is right up the road from us!

Wow, you all must live on some pretty rough roads. I call the Big Creek Road Washboard Alley! Guess I'm used to smooth Kansas Limestone roads. I'm always amazed at how 7 miles takes us almost a half hour to get to camp so my trailer, contents and horses are in one piece when we arrive.

We won't be going this year. High fuel prices and storm damage to our farm has hit us hard this year. Plus we commute over 100 miles a day to get to work and that doesn't leave much money for travel trips. Gonna try to make it back there next Spring.

Hope you all have a great time.

Lord, where do you guys work? I know you're in OK.

We DID lose all 4 wheel lug covers last spring going down the Big Creek road, now that you mention it."Washboard Alley" or "Rubboard Alley" is a good name for it.

Our roads aren't quiet that full of ruts, depends on which road you're on,in this county. Some of the county roads in the "flatland"(we live on Crowley's Ridge, obviously) where the combines and tractors travel are murder. But yeah, these roads are pretty bad.New county judge coming in Jan.thank goodness.

We will miss you guys there this fall, sorry you can't make it.See you in the spring there, hopefully.
