Just got back from the Lonesome D in Arkansas and wanted to say what a good experience we had. The owners are very nice and willing to help with anything you might need. The campground has several pull through sites which is very nice when you're not real good at backing a trailer. There were four wheelers in the camp along with us horse campers, but all were very courteous and didn't cause any problems. No fast driving or reving of motors, just people wanting to enjoy their sport too. We've been there before and never had a problem with the four wheelers. If we meet them on the trail they always kill their engine until we pass. What more could we ask for, right? The red trail is especially beautiful, so if you go down there be sure you ride it. If you haven't been there, put it in your plans for the future. You'll be glad you did.
